The key to success for Skilled2Succeed lies in developing partnerships between existing workforce development training initiatives and employers in the private sector. Sponsoring corporations provide funding/scholarships for highly motivated prescreened candidates willing to work hard and develop new life skills. Successful single parents receive a recognized computer skills credential upon completion along with job placement assistance.

Corporate sponsors benefit from increased pools of digitally literate candidates for job placement in both the private and public sectors.
